At Willowberry, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Since we work with trusted suppliers, we handle returns a bit differently. Here's everything you need to know:
What is eligible for a return?
We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items (wrong product, wrong size, or damages during shipping). Our products are carefully inspected before they leave our hands, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.
How to initiate a return?
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your product. If the error is on our part (like a printing defect or incorrect item), we’ll take care of it and resend the correct product at no extra cost.
For returns due to customer error (like choosing the wrong size or color), you’ll need to return the product to us. We’ll then place a new order for you manually. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees in these cases.
How to return an item?
Once your return is approved, you will need to send the item back to our warehouse. We’ll provide instructions for the return, and you can send it to the address listed in your preferences section of your dashboard. Please ensure the product is in unused, unwashed condition.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original product and place a new order with the correct item.
Who covers return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process it within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or we’ll arrange for a new order if that’s what you prefer..
